I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

yea i takes i believe it sake 26 seconds to get to 100 it seems faster when your driving. But its only a shitty ass intake and HKS exhaust but i still have fun with it. I can eat 2000 Si bone stock and ther other one had Intake and exhaust, i dont know why but i ripped two on 287 by Dayton NJ starting at 35mph roll and both asked if i had work done or if it was vtec and i was like nah dohc non-vtec and intake an exhaust only and they were like huh? but here is another little one.

spoon b18's are a waist of money. 6K for a longblock :? also a spoon motor w/rotas? not baggin on rota's at all but if your going to build it w/those parts you might as well get some real deals. imo.

if i was you i would throw a vtec head on that and build that LS/vtec alot cheaper and the motor is already there. but if u wanna go and buy a spoon longblock ill take that LS from ya.

spoon longblocks =

just take that ls you've already got and throw a b16 head on it ... with the money you were going to spend on that spoon longblock, you could have a no joke built ls/vtec that's nice and reliable.

The spoon tranny - you could do it ... but i'd just buy a used b16 tranny, replace the synchro's and get LSD.... if you must, replace the final drive to ITR 4.785 as well, and you'll have something that's niiiiiiiiiice.

Then just buy a spoon valve cover and wire cover, cuz they're pretty sweet IMO. Although, I'm a sucker for the oem red cover w/ spoon wire cover ... that's what i have and its fucking hawwwwwt!

eitherway- good luck ... and think very thoroughly about what you're gonna do .... weigh your options with the kind of money you'll be spending... because like i said, with the money you're spending on that spoon garba.... stuff, you could have one hell of a setup that shuts down all kinds of sweet shit!
