I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. Yeah, first post!

I've got a 4th Gen Accord and want to JDM it as much as possible. Gonna keep it real clean looking.

Just ordered some Tein's and am getting JDM Headlights soon as well. Gonna try to make them black housing. If anybody has converted them to black housing before, let me know how you did it and how it turned out.

What else do you recommend doing that's JDM for that car...

JDM headlights arent cheap. why buy them just to paint them?

paint the stock ones for that matter.

I agree they are expensive and painting the insides will make them look better in my opinion.

JDM are one piece as apposed to the USDM two piece. I don't like the two piece at all. I am going to paint the insides to make them look like black housing, which will look good on my black Accord.

For comparisons, look at these two auctions:
Clear Housing
Black Housing
Obviously these are for an Integra, but I am using them to illustrate why I prefer the black housing look over the clear look. I think it will look really clean on my Accord.

ahh, i didnt know they were 1piece as compared to 2piece. i can see the point then cuz i for the most part cant stand 2piece headlights.
mounting alignment goes off by a little bit and then the corner light wont match up right and UGH! :P

i like those :) id paint them gunmetal not black like the ctr headlights. blackk might look :? i dunno maybe not.

Well with my black car, I think they will look better black. I want them dark as possible... I will post up picks when I am done.

Image Here's my SE-R which comes with black housing...its kinda of hard to tell but I like it.... I'll see if I can get some better ones, but I think black or gunmetal on your car will look good.
