350 is good.

im not a fan of the orange reflector in USDM 96-98 headlights....but none the less 350 is fair.

I wouldn't pay $350. I'd probably pay $250 tops. Call a junkyard and see what they're selling them for in your area. I've seen the stock headlights go for $50. Bumper for $100 at most if it's in perfect condition. The hoods have been anywhere around $50-$100 but it really depends upon condition.
