Post subject:  JIC vs. HKS

Aight...I'm looking for a rear canister / muffler to put on custom piping. I got it narrowed down to 3, and was looking for opinions from people that have ( or don't have) the product on their car, on a friends or whateva. Pictures installed, sound clips, vids...anything. Any info I can get is appreciated.

1) JIC Magic Bullet Titanium
Image 2) HKS Carbon Ti
Image 3) HKS Hi Power
Image If you have another idea, please let me know, just remember I need a 3" INLET.

Thanks!

Well, JIC Ti is known for bad Quality...

The HKS Carbon Ti, if you get that one make sure you get the smaller one and then you might not run into a problem,

i dont know what u drive but i think you might have the same problem of the exhaust being too big and making contact with the LCA's and to stop that from happening you gonna have to do what I did... which dont look all that great. Its gonna stick out too much. Sounded real nice though :D

So I think the HKS Hi Power will do better than the other 2. Good Luck!

The exhaust is HUGEEEEEEEEE! Image Image Image

IDK about the whole rainbow-lip thing, I'd go for the polished Hi-power or something.

I actually prefer to see no exhaust, both my cars have no outwardly visible pipes!

^^^ that does look big! lol

I was also thinking about the turbo app. Apex'i WS2 for a more stock appreance....but I'm worried about the actual performance aspect in comparisson to a canister style muffler...
