a friend of mine has tein s-tech's on his type-r...personally, i think it was a waste of money. the drop is MINOR, ride isn't horrible but it's like...why? save up for some real suspension IMO.

im running kyb agx struts with eibach sportlines and i loved how it looked and i was able to adjust the damper on my struts. then i switched over to skunk2 coils with the agx's and it still was fine in ride quality and the drop was alot more...

but after running with the strut/coil or strut/spring setup im ready to scrap all that and go with a true coilover setup... i plan on ordering buddyclub racing spec dampers in the spring. as far as TEIN goes...

they make a great coilover system and the springs are great as well... honestly i think its a name thing to everyone that makes them sell so much. i knew a kid that was running the setup you are going to run and he loves it. he said it rides great and the drop was decent... i personally wouldnt spend money on TEIN suspension parts but thats me...

good luck with the install and stuff keep us posted!!!
