CRV K24?

I need a good source for a K24 from a CRV....... preferrably on the east coast.

My little brother's supercharged RSX type-S took a crap earleir this week, and we figure we might as well go ahead and build him a supercharged K24 hybrid for shits and giggles. He's looking at 35% leakdown on the #1 cylinder, it's a ring problem as far as we know.

So we'll be pulling his K20 block, and using his head for the swap. We just need a source for a nice K24 in good shape that we won't have to do a rebuild on.

The Type-S block will end up for sale soon.... so anyone looking for a K series swap, get ready

looks like they have an element K24A2.... for 900 plus shipping, but from Cali.... would be super expensive......

he's on a major budget here....... being a college student and all

you have to watch ... one k24 you have to use different pistons to use the type s head ... the other is direct bolt on.

I wanna say that the accord is the straight drop in, but i'm not sure.

hey man the k24a4 from pittspeed. ( i didnt look at the link but i think its one ive seen already) Its from an accord...you cant put the type s head on this block without swapping out the pistons for either aftermarket, or crv/tsx.
the a4 comes from the accord and the element.
K24a1 is out of the crv
k24a2 is out of the tsx which already has the 3 lobe vtec head. 200hp

If your serious i think i can get you a longblock from the admin of k20a.org for 1100 i think, he's in va.
