AEM Dry Filter

So i killed my MAF sensor on my p11 about a month ago by sucking up water and filter oil with my hotshot cold air intake. $400 later i have a new sensor from the dealer, and i put my stock airbox back on. I'm thinking about picking AEM dry filter and making my cold air into a short ram. What are you thoughts on AEM dry filters??

Also, does anyone have a pic of the 3" x 5" filter in relation to their engine bay??

i have one ant it has treated my intake great since i ditch the regular one....i havent cleaned it yet since ive only had it about two months...and the car had only seen about 30miles since i put it on.

summit racing had it for cheap...no sales tax shiping was ground i think free aswell at the time.... i got it the next day.

JWT pop charger? Definitely wont need to worry about water if you run short ram..

used to have the JWT POP....it fell off on the freeway when i had it on my cold air intake. honestly im going to stay away from oiled filters now. that was part of the reason why i killed my MAF. and id rather not buy another $100+ filter, you know.

hahah yeah, i ordered some hood pins a while ago from them. my first order from them. they gave me a hat and a gift certificate for $20, but it expired a while ago oh well.
