I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. yeah i ment SRRs but the reason i was asking is i have a rear disk conversion sitting under the bed and im not planning on useing it til i get the coilover setup and i figured i might as well get new LCAs while they are off... trying to kill a flock of birds with a shotgun kinda thing...

kotomile - Aside from the weight savings, Function 7 already have Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings installed in them (and are made in the USA) while PIC has developed theirs with spherical bearings for the outer mounts. Of course both offer less deflection that the soft OE ones, but the PIC are more of a track-only bearing. Because of that they offer a standard bushing version.

When you get to companies like Omni, Skunk2, SRR, Megan, etc you get a colorful LCA with bushings that are usually lower than OE quality. In those cases, you're just throwing your money away on useless junk.

There's a reason why the first two listed cost almost double what the other LCAs cost. They actually PERFORM.

I agree with all of the above. And to be honest the only reason I purchased the SRR LCAs was because I originally ran into a seized LCA bolt while installing my old Teins, and didn't want to waste my time in the future with another.

If I could do it all over again, infact I just might eventually, I would personally go with Function 7. As there bushing design is simple, yet far superior then the fashionable companies, not to mention your options are open with the sway bar adjustability.
