haha. serious. just currious, thank uJDM_EK3 wrote:I wouldn't attempt taking apart the tail lights. Not worth it for a reflector.UnderConstructionEk wrote:o0o0o0o ok thank u. it can b removed correct?
I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

So last year as you can tell from a earlier post within this topic I was looking for replacement taillights. Reason being the taillight gaskets were shot, and allowing moisture/water into my taillights, but thankfully not into the hatch. So I apparently caught this problem late, which is unfortunate, as the inside reflective material was all peeling, etc.
However a friend of mine is currently trying to sell his car, and offered to trade me his JDM CTR Taillights for mine plus $75.
So with that problem now solved, I'm on to a more curious issue.
On the back of the drivers side taillight harness, there's 1 extra wire coming off of the signal light. Infact it has a small red "AMP" attaching the wiring together. Anyone have any idea what this "hot wire" would be ment for?
