HELP ME!! HID's???

I bought a ste of HID's form a guy who said they were they were plug and play. Needless to say they aren't and I need help figuring them out. If anyone knows anything about JDM Honda HID's please help.

Where does the ballast plug into?
The small plug on the back with the wire that leads into the housing is for the bulb??

What do I need to get these wired in correctly??

Please HELP!!

hm. i plan on getting a set of HID's sometime in the future but im not sure about it now. i would have to see the whole setup personally. im not even sure if anyone around the site has HID's *ponders* gonna have to get more members.
