I offically hate this state. Since when is it legal to get pulled over for JUST not wearing a seat belt? Not in WI atleast. Some asshole State Trooper just pulled me over for not wearing a seat belt, nothing else, wasnt speeding (not even 5 over), wasnt driving wrecklessly, dont have a loud car, or anything wrong. He couldnt even give me a warning when i have NOTHING on my driving record, thanks asshole. I hope his ass gets fucking shot in front of his fucking house. Just what I need the day before I leave for Iraq, now I wont even be able to defend the shit.

Negative SS, fought it in court and won. They can give you a seatbelt violation, but NOT pull you over STRICTLY for a seatbelt. There are loopholes, like, they can pull you over for suspicion and then give you a seatbelt ticket, but even then you can win with the right judge. Whatever, seatbelt is still staying off.

in cali its a 500.00 fine per person not wearing a seat belt....its even more expensive when you get pulled over for not wearing a seat belt and a child is on board with you...."in CA click it or ticket" is the phrase.

its a federal law that one can be pulled over for not wearing a seat belt. it was put through last year. oh, you are a fucking dumbass for not wearing your seat belt. so what is your reason for not wearing a seat belt cause ill prolly get another infraction for calling you a fucking dumbass and this post will be deleted cause critisizm is not allowed on the internet cause the internet is serious business
