I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

I am really surprised it runs at all, It will run VERY LEAN and not be able to operate the IACV. Changing the injectors will help the fuel end but its still gong to run like poop.

I would agree too. I mean isn't an LS a bseries with Vtec? how could it manage a single slammer without it??? I would think you would be throwing codes left, right, and center. I mean shouldn't you be???

Checked with WB? Curious what's REALLY going on with the fuel side.

Engines run best on the "ragged edge", remember. Mucho timing and leaning feels good but too much of a good thing and...

Baker: Hondas are pretty interchangeable with many things (ask me how I know..) so I'm not surprised at all that it runs. For how long will it run at WOT is my question.

I know that it has to run like a total pile, there is nothing to operate the y7's iacv as it runs in a totally different manor than anything except a automatic y8.

And as far as the ragged edge, comment you will make more power running richer than lean for 13.7:1 vs 15.7:1 14.7 being mid ground.

I'm really confused. Why would it run leaner and not richer? The fuel maps are for a dohc 1.8L and it's on a 1.6L sohc, so wouldn't it run a lot richer?
