I'm convinced I have some sort of psychological problem. I can never sleep, and when I can't I get extremely violent. Punching walls, throwing things, I even picked up my couch and slammed it back down...kinda wierd. I sit on my kitchen counter, and just stare at stuff.
Its almost 4 a.m. here and I haven't even slept 1 minute. It's wierd, because usually I feel really fatigued, but tonight I'm wide awake. I have sleeping pills I usually take for times like this, but they really fuck me up. Especially if I take them so late - If I took one now, I'd be in bed until 2 or 3 pm....
I have trouble breathing right now because I'm sick, and I think that plays a part in it this time...but the frustration that comes out of not being able to fall asleep is immense. I could probably kill someone and not even care
