HELP!!!.
Monday July 18, 2004 at 10:45am, I was paced by an undercover deputy doing 135mph southbound on I94. The officer had no mounted lights, had regular plates, and was driving a purple Impala. The car had been with me for quite a while as I was speeding a bit (15mph over), and I figured it wasn't a cop after that. The cop had no gun so didn't give me a speeding ticket (no proof), but I recieved a 6pt (doubled to 12) Wreckless Driving ticket, and a 4pt (doubled to 8 ) Operation After Suspension ticket. This is a sum of 20pts, and will bring my grand total to 56pts. If I do nothing, I am almost positive I will be marked HTO and not be elegeble for a license for 5+ years. If any of you have any legal advise for me, please let me know! For you locals, it was a Milwaukee Sherrif, New purple Impala with licence plate ###AMS or AMS###, WATCH OUT.

get a lawyer quick... I know down here in miami there is this place called ticket clinic and they take care of all your problems, especially since there was no gun invovled they will clear that out w/o a problem. I once got clocked doing 80mph in a 45 and i payed 60 bucks to ticket clinic and never had to worry about anything again.
yeah def. call a lawyer! I have had one get rid of my last three tickets just because he was buddy buddy with the judge that I would have had to stand in front of. Instead of me goin, he just approached the bench and worked out a "lunch date"" witht the judge and I slid past! All for some $$$. So be ready to pay a lil!
In Wisconsin we have whats called a 'Probationary Licence' for the first 3 years of having a licence, where every ticket you get the points double. I've hired an attourney for all the tickets in my past, but i'll have to call around and see if they all don't laugh at me. Civicex2g, hey didn't have a gun, but he also didn't give me a speeding ticket... the justice system is so fucked up and corrupt.. basically the DA or judge will more than likely owe your lawyer a favor... and then WAMMO... youre gonna be out scotch free...
