PS2 or Xbox

I have to say the PS2 is a better choice. When it comes to gaming sony knows what its doing. Microsoft just wanted to try and get monopoly in the whole computing world. This is why they made the XBox. If you ever played Xbox did you notice all their stand alone games have 50 million Microsoft advertisments in the game? Thats pathetic that Microsoft even has to advertise on its own system. But its not working because now they are having a hard time getting game makers to make strictly XBox games. Sony isn't having a hard time doing this. Maybe you heard of a company Rockstar who makes all but 2 of their games strictly for PS2. Oh yeah and PS3 from what I heard is going to run dual processors and have an internal hard drive. Its slated to come out in 2005.

i got a ps2 and gamecube. i refuse to buy an xbox. for 1 because of the advertisements int he game. 2 i hate microsoft. 3 the console is huge. and 4 the controller is like holding a turtle.

ps2 is the best and gamecube is sitting right there with it. both good ass systems.

yo, straight up, if you want the ultimate in gaming performance, youve gotta go with th xbox, it has a damn 733mhz pentium 3 chip in it!!! want a test out? play tony hawk 4 on the the ps2 then on the x, the x blows the ps2 out of the water.
the only think the ps2 has over the xbox is that there are more games available for it, but between splinter cell, halo, and project gotham what more do you need?
fact is, the xbox is a superior machine, and you can buy the japanese controller (its like half the size).

funny thing is they pulled most of the xboxs off the shelves in Japan about a year ago because nobody there was buying it. thats not good since over 80% of video games makers are japanese.

PS2 games not on xbox because PS2 is better: too many to name but here are a couple: Grand Theft Auto, Socom, Red Faction, Tekken, Tokyo Extreme Racing.....etc, etc.
