I need legal advice/help

nah. hey josh I know a lawyer you can call. He's helping my brother out in a worse position then you. He's pretty good. But it may cost you a few hundred.

ive recieved 2 tickets for 100 or over, (100, and for 106) and never went to jail for it. I have heard that a thousand times. Has anybody here ever been taken to jail for speeding?

Not braggin but, this is my third 100+ speeding ticket, never been taken to jail.

In FL you can't go to jail for going over 100. They have the right to take you to jail for going 30 or more over. That's considered reckless driving in their eyes. (Sorry had to state that)

I actually just went through what you are going through. Luckily my points don't double, but I definately recommend taking it to court. Also, if the cop was an ass to you, file a complaint on him. If you are lucky and he doesn't show up to court, you will win.(Well at least you will in florida) Definately hit up some legal advice though!
