I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

anyways... nice to check the site now and again... some nice stuff there...
never a truer word spoken.

i bought mine for 2200.. it cost 3000 to store for 7 months, ship on the boat, customs, duty, taxes, air conditioning levy, inspections blah blah.

ive been in close contact with my importer from my first crx, and we've seen many 500-1000 dollar ef8s with same or slightly higher mileage than mine. ( 86000 kms. )

cars that are 10 years old are only worth about 9% of original value, so imagine what a 15 year old car is worth. I have heard stories of guys leaving running ae86's on the side of the road.. just cause there is no used car market in japan, and its easier and cheaper to just ditch it.
