I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

So i contracted a virus via AIM, a buddy on my list sent me a message that said "I hope this isnt you!" the "THIS" in the statment was a link so thought he had a drunked photo or some shit, so i click on it promts me to download some ( i know i am an idiot) so i do it cause it was a .jpg file (yea right). so it goes on my desktop i go to open it, it was a fucking PhotoShop icon!! so some shit happens and then the icon dissapears so i am like fuck.... so it turns out it installed abuch of spyware programs, which i have found and deleted, but now when i use AIM it sends that same message to everyone on my LIST!!! So tonight and tommrow i will be backing up my files and then formatin my hard drive :P

Hahahhaa. That same thing happened to me, but I didn`t dl anything; I just kept asking my friend what it was. Good thing I didn`t dl anything though, my laptop already has its share of problems. And atleast you know what`s wrong w/ yours, I have no clue where to even start w/ mine. :evil:

run hijackthis and post the results into the forum that they have. A computer nerd will tell you what to do to fix it.

i used the microsoft anti-spywear program. u can goto microsoft.com and dload it. works great... as far as getting rod of that worm. google it there is a ton of AIM worms out there. some1 made a removal program or how-to i bet ya.
