one time i went to advance on central avenue and i was getting an exhaust pipe and i specifically told them that it was for a 97 civic COUPE. so they give me the pipe i take it home and try to fit it up and its for a hatch back. i take it back - theyre out of the pipe i need. so i go to another one they give me the wrong pipe (by this time i knew it was wrong by looking at it) so i finally get the right pipe. this was a couple years ago by the way

now this past summer i had the same problem except my mid pipe and my muffler went to shit. so this time i try autozone. after waiting for like 3 hours in line i tell the guy my story. he says they have the mid pipe but not the miffler so he said he would order it and it would be there in 2 days. fine. i go back 2 days later and this new guy is like "uhhh there was never any order placed for you exhaust pipe." motherfucker. the reason i was so pissed is because in like 2 or 3 days i was driving to virginia beach and i couldnt really do that without an exhaust. so the guy finally calls me one day later which means i have that day to put the pipe on before i go to VA. i finally go the pipe and muffler after 3 days of waiting. FUCK autozone and advance.

lol I have various horror stories at both Autozone and Advance. I actually called them on friday when I thought I needed spacers for the new wheels, and I got that kid at autozone in hornerstown, that has the blue impala with a fart can and drop springs. He told me to call racers edge haha. Then, I called advance and the guy hesitated for a second, said 'no' and before I could tell him their website showed them having them, he hung up on me. Fucking jerk. lol. So that is just one incident. One thing I try to always do, is take the part I need with me, sometimes thats the only way.

yeah i had problems with them giving me a distributer car and rotor... looked nothing like the oem and i knew it wouldnt fit so i returned everything and just went into a honda dealership and paid for it...
