Old thread i know. i have heard nothing but bad things about these pulleys...due to being improperly balanced or in some cases Fakes....causing more problems than needed. i would have it balanced before using it just to be sure.

Also you need to remeber that K20 and K24 engines have different oil pump/pick-up systems, Chain, chain guides, etc..when you swap a K20 head onto a K24 Block you need to swap the K20 Pump/pick-up assy. and use the chain, chain guides from the K20. Back in 03' at a shop i used to work at we did this...

If I remember correctly the factory oil cooler will bolt to the LS block...you might want to use the water tube from the GSR if you still have it...it has the extra nipples for the cooler. if not you will need to just tap in a feed and return line for the coolant.
